All our vehicles come with 3 months warranty with A1 Approved unless otherwise stated. In the rare instances problems occur, A1 Approved take pride in dealing with these professionally and efficiently to resolve any issues hassle free. Each vehicle comes with an option to extend your warranty. Merseyside Van Sales gets access to the best rates and we pass these on to our customers, who have the option to secure extended warranty for up to 12 months. Please discuss this with your sales team if it is something you are interested in.

Do all your vans comes with warranty as standard?

Most of our vans sold at Merseyside Van Sales come with a 3 month warranty as standard. Details of this warranty will be given to you on purchase. If you have not been provided with these details, it is likely your van does not meet the eligilbity criteria. Please check with your sales representative if you are unsure if your van comes with a warranty.

Who provides the warranty?

All our warranties are provided by A1 Approved, the UK's leading used car and van warranty provider.

How do I extend my warranty?

Our vans usually come with a 3 month warranty from A1 Approved as standard. There is always an option to extend this cover to 6-12 months. We can provide you with a quote directly, and can activate the extension for you. We have access to preferential rates and you can always save money by purchasing your warranty through Merseyside Van Sales.

What is covered in my standard warranty?

There are different levels of cover, which vary depending on the age, mileage and value of your vehicle. All levels of cover provide unlimited amount of repairs, car hire & onward travel, parts & labour costs, roadside assistance and recovery.

What additional options can I add?

There are various optional extras you can add to your warranty cover to provide you with more cover for those unexpected events. There are plans that allow you to cover your air-con, emissions, multi-media systems etc. Our sales team can assist you with choosing any additional add-ons they feel may be appropriate for your vehicle.
