Superb customer experience with Kenny and Chris from the start. Van inspection was thorough and test drive done, paperwork was easy process and within 10 minutes I drove away, the asking price was great too!. Sadly someone tried to break into my new van and damaged the side handle, I called Kenny and booked me in straight away for replacement fully covered. I would recommend Merseyside Van Sales to anyone looking for a van, got an ex BT fully kitted-out van and they had loads others on site clean and ready to go. I also had a follow up call two weeks later - superb service thanks Chris and Kenny, I forgot the older gentlemen’s name and the mechanic at the establishment, I was kept well informed and well advised

Brilliant...Go here first!

Always sceptical about buying a used van and that's how my recent purchase started. After spending about 3 full weeks driving all over the North West looking at vans that looked great in the photos and sounded just as good in the descriptions. By the end of the 3 weeks I felt like giving up but had to keep going coz I needed a van for my gardening business. Then trawling through the Autotrader website for the umpteenth time I saw what looked like the perfect van. So I sent a message to the dealer and got a quick response, yes the van was still available and yes we will give you a free 3 month warranty on it. So I went to Merseyside Van Sales on the Haydock industrial estate to check it out. First impressions were good a nice cheerful welcome, not by some smarmy guy in a suit, but by one of the guys on the yard (who turned out to be a co-owner) very down to earth, polite and not pushy. All in all made me feel very at ease. Gave me the keys to the van and told me to take as long as I needed to check it over. I was very impressed and he asked me if I wanted to take it for a road drive. Left me to drive around the estate unaccompanied. We'll the van was perfect and just the right size for my purposes. Went into the office and done the deal and even gave me top price for my little car too. I couldn't be happier and I can't recommend Merseyside Van Sales highly enough. Completely changed my opinion of the Used van trade. Nice contact after sale to asking if I was 100% happy with my purchase, very happy with my van and very happy with the great service I received too...WHY can't all Used Van dealers be like this.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service and a top notch van for my business needs.
The guys at Merseyside Van Sales were great 👍. They made me aware of an issue with the van which meant it wouldn't be ready for collection for a few days. They could have left it or just had a part serviced but they replaced the part for peace of mind. They provided a free warranty which I opted to extend, the price was very reasonable. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the sale process and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them to any tradesman or anyone looking for a used van. Overall 5/5, hope to come back when I require a bigger or 2nd van.
