Brought a Van from these guys after having problems with 2 dodgy dealerships. These guys were really open and honest and had clean tidy looking vans on their lot. After visually inspecting and looking over the paperwork of a 2018/19 plate peugeot expert van I had a test drive and was happy with it. I paid a fair price. After a few days I had some minor issues which they promptly paid to be be fixed rear plate light and new windscreen wipers. After another 3-4 weeks I had a major engine light spoke to them and they paid to have it all sorted out aswell as replace a tyre that had a defect. Top notch service no problem to small to fix. Probably spend another £500 all round on the van and I didn’t have to pay a penny. So honestly fantastic. Most dealers would have fobbed it off on the minor stuff let alone a time consuming senor change. Honestly the best 2nd hand van dealer I’ve every had the pleasure of dealing with. I lost 3k to one of those dodgy dealers so I was really sceptical trying a 3rd time but these guys were amazing.

Recently bought a van from this company, they where very welcoming and helpful from the moment i visited the forecourt, i was given a good price on part exchange for my old van and the aftercare has been spot on they cant do enough for you. As I am not a mechanic, buying vehicles is a risky business for me. However, I decided to proceed with the purchase and found that the clutch needed fixing. Always sceptical about buying a used van and that’s how my recent purchase started. After spending about 3 full weeks driving all over the North West looking at vans that looked great in the photos and sounded just as good in the descriptions. By the end of the 3 weeks I felt like giving up but had to keep going coz I needed a van for my gardening business. Then trawling through the Autotrader website for the umpteenth time I saw what looked like the perfect van.  So I sent a message to the dealer and got a quick response, yes the van was still available and yes we will give you a free 3 month warranty on it. So I went to Merseyside Van Sales on the Haydock industrial estate to check it out. First impressions were good a nice cheerful welcome, not by some smarmy guy in a suit, but by one of the guys on the yard (who turned out to be a co-owner) very down to earth, polite and not pushy. All in all made me feel very at ease. Gave me the keys to the van and told me to take as long as I needed to check it over. I was very impressed and he asked me if I wanted to take it for a road drive. Left me to drive around the estate unaccompanied. We’ll the van was perfect and just the right size for my purposes. Went into the office and done the deal and even gave me top price for my little car too. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t recommend Merseyside Van Sales highly enough. Completely changed my opinion of the Used van trade. Nice contact after sale to asking if I was 100% happy with my purchase, very happy with my van and very happy with the great service I received too…WHY can’t all Used Van dealers be like this.

The guys at Merseyside Van Sales were great . They made me aware of an issue with the van which meant it wouldn’t be ready for collection for a few days. They could have left it or just had a part serviced but they replaced the part for peace of mind. They provided a free warranty which I opted to extend, the price was very reasonable. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the sale process and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them to any tradesman or anyone looking for a used van. Overall 5/5, hope to come back when I require a bigger or 2nd van.
